- League Dates: Sundays (January 12th - May 11th (excluding long weekends and first weekend of March Break)
- All games will be officiated by a referee.

- The skill level is open, but it is expected that the majority of players will be competitive to intermediate.
- This is a 15 week program! (includes 3 weeks of playoffs for all teams)
- Games are 2 x 25 min. halves.
